Vintage 1980's Red Paisley Print Midi Dress

Elegant vintage red voluminous midi dress with a stylish blue paisleypatten. Vintage piece from the 1970s or early 1980s. Purchased at a reputable vintage boutique in Hamilton Ontario. Excellent vintage condition, no flaws to note. Fabric is either cotton or a cotton viscose blend, unsure because there is no material composition tag. Button down with elastic gorring at waist. Voluminous short puff sleeves with pleating at cuffs. Is a vintage size 16 but would fot a modern size s/m imo. See flat lay measurements below!
