So Mid-century--a half hat in navy and cream. Stiff, textured "leaves" overlap with top center in the navy. The leaves are placed on a stiff curved shape edged in a navy velvet trim. No maker label
Size: 12" side to side, 6" front to back; the supporting band is 10 3/4 x 3 3/8" (difference is due to the overlapping leaves)
Condition: very good vintage, no issues noted
