The top and bottom are cut out and connected with a narrow see net thru panel. Subtle detail, yet adds an interesting feature to the gown. 95% Polyester/5% Spandex. Skirt is is flowy. Overall condition is very good, has 2 snags that I can see on the lower right area of skirt (see photo) see last photo to show location of snags. With the coloring and reflective quality of the fabric they aren't really that noticeable. Dress will need to be dry cleaned steamed it does have wrinkling from storage.
