Handmade Tiered Silk Floral Skirt

Gorgeous handmade gauzy skirt. Semi sheer fabric but with multiple layers and black mesh trim. Pull on construction with elastic waistband. Approximate measurements: Waist 9” - 15" Length 28” The waistband is pretty haphazardly sewn with rough edges on the inside. It looks like the maker didn't know how to sew elastic. The stitches are very loose on top yet it does seems sturdy. Either it would need fixing or don't tuck your top in. Otherwise, in excellent condition.
