This item is pre-owned altered. It’s only been used once and has a few stains inside the lining , item needs to be dry cleaned . Item was hemmed because it was too long . Extra fabric was used to make little flutter sleeves and cover a bit of v neck chest, it was low. See photos . No returns. It’s a beautiful dress I just won’t use it again .
