This is a brand new, with tags still on, Torrid Mini Chiffon Double-Tiered Dress. It’s black and cream coloured (it’s not a pure white). It’s size 1X in Torrid’s size chart; please see their size chart photo I’ve listed :) It’s a beauty, I just haven’t reached for it. (This is sold out on Torrid’s website as well)
