Grass collection black coat with belt Medium Runs Smaller Possibly Juniors Size?

Feminine, lined, wool blend jacket/coat with ruffles, button accents and cute small front pockets. It zips up and has a belt. It's in good used condition. PLEASE NOTE: TAG SAYS MEDIUM but I feel it runs small for a medium but you might feel differently. I would say it is more like a size Small. I was told this was women’s sizing so I am listing that way but Maybe it’s Junior Sizing? Please see my rough approximate measurements for help with fit. Since it is used it may have imperfections.
