It took me a little while to figure this hat out, but the hat is very practical and elegant. There is a braided cord that slides through the eyelets as a handy chinstrap to anchor the hat on windy days, while the wide brim shades you from the rays. The felt is also very malleable, so you can hand-shape the hat to suit your style--round or flat top. As for the condition, not too much to report. Solid condition.
