Blue and White Striped Lace-Up Crop Top

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this top. I just cannot figure out how to style it. I purchased it last spring in hopes of figuring it out. I still have not so it is here for someone else's enjoyment. features: adjustable straps corset style tie back side zipper cropped design
