janaevans74 Is there a way to cancel this order immediately? I just noticed after looking at the order that it is fresh Orchard instead of fresh orchid as my daughter wants! I am so very sorry that I made that mistake but can this be canceled?

mellamor @janaevans74 I just tried to cancel this order, & it gave me an error that you have to initiate the cancel through the sale & I can accept. Poshmark has a bunch of new rules & policies in place so I’m sure that’s why it’s not letting me

janaevans74 I did try that on my side as well by going under my offers and also my purchases. But it would not allow me to cancel because apparently since this was a “make an offer “product I myself can’t cancel, but you can. I am again so very sorry that I didn’t catch this, but it is a birthday present and it would definitely be the wrong color for her.

janaevans74 I just looked at your pictures of your post and the box does say fresh orchid however on the actual final order, it is saying fresh Orchard!! If it is fresh orchid, everything is good. Would you please clarify which color this product is that I ordered? Thank you.

mellamor @janaevans74 My phone probably did an auto correction & changed the word on me. 🤦‍♀️ but to be sure, you are indeed wanting FreSh Orchid (which is this listing minus my description changing the word to orchard) I just checked Younique site & it only shows Fresh Orchid as an option. But if it’s a Fresh Orchard color, that I do not have.
