Gap Lightweight Puffer Full Zip Up Jacket with Hood - size 4T - cobalt blue. It is the perfect jacket for car seats because it’s thin enough to be safe but also warm and hooded. There is one flaw - a snag at the bottom (see last photo); does not impact wearability and you could repair with a down jacket repair sticker if you want.
