Colorful Patterned Women's Skirt

This is a custom made skirt I purchased directly from the seamstress however the wrong measurements were my fault. There’s no stretch to this skirt. It has a back zipper closure and the frills are beautifully made. Waist - 13.5 inches Length - 27 inches Smoke free and pet free home. Sad to part with it because it’s just brilliant however it doesn’t fit. Would be a nice gift.
