effingerdebi Hi! The label says 3% Lycra, but your description says no stretch. Which is correct? What is the measurement at the hips? Thanks!

dagmarstone @effingerdebi To me there’s almost no stretch. I attached a picture of the tag. It’s A-line, but I estimated the hip to be 19.5 flat lay. I just happened to be online when your question came through, lol.
