This piece is an excellent condition and has a high halter neck line. The inside of the bottom is dirty and needs to be dry cleaned. I showed this in images. sorry, I cannot afford to have it dry cleaned and sell it at a good price at the same time. Does this zip or does it have any stretch to it?

@solaries68 This does not Zip and it has lots of stretch as it has 10% spandex. Your average jeans that have stretch have about 2%.
