GOTHIC True Vintage Black Dress Argentina Must See!! 8?

I prayed that this dress was going to fit me, but it doesn't it's about 2 inches too small in the rib cage. I seriously can't even tell you how cool this dress is! I have researched and researched, but cannot find anything about this brand Keudell either here or in Argentina. This dress looks like gunnysack meets the Addams family !
