Would you mind sharing a close-up photo of the white mark in natural lighting (preferably near a window, no flash)? I’d love to better understand the condition.
Does the mark feel raised, cracked, or textured at all? Or does it seem more like a surface transfer?
Also, have you tried gently cleaning or conditioning the area? If so, did it change at all?
