Inseam is 31 inches.
Leg width is 12 inches all the way down to hem from the top of the inseam.
Waist is 14 inches unstretched. This is an elastic waistband.

@youngflynnk1 These are the original hem, they have not been altered. I went ahead and re-measured them and they are a 31 inch inseam. They are a nice wide leg. Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
