Simon Chang black and turquoise floral dress

This dress was made for dancing with its handkerchief hem and floaty layers. Black mesh and chiffon cover a turquoise slip to create flashes of colour. Hand sewn flowers scatter along the neckline and skirt creating even more movement. Straps have been altered to accommodate 1/2” bra straps with bra keepers at the front and back.
