@aggye im 5'9. He dress hasn't been altered. And yes, i would be able to ship it today - but it would have to be purchased by 2:30pm so that I can make it to the post office in time. For transparency im 2 cup sizes above a B - which I think you mentioned was your size - and it fits me perfectly in the bust area. Not sure how it would fit yours given your smaller size.
