Very good used condition. No chips or cracks, there is some discoloration on the back and crazing on the front and back as would be expected with the age of this piece. Royal Winton chintzware made by Grimwades Limited, a Stoke-On-Trent based company founded in 1885. Royal Winton trade name was established around 1929. There is a gilded gold chintzware pattern around the edge of this serving plate and a floral design on cream in the center. The handle does come off and will screw back on with ease. This plate which can be used for serving small desserts, sandwiches, etc. has a square, slightly scalloped shape, typical of the Art Deco influence.
