jhelfertydesign NP, It is hard to Confirm from the photo, if the exact waist measurement is 12.5" or just over 13". It makes quite the difference on. Any way you could verify the exact flat end to end of the waist? Please and thank you. I have a 0 agency in the wool that fits but is snug, as well as a size 2 that's loose and they are only a half inch apart, so difficult pant shopping 😅
