Hello. I've never purchased a pre-owned handbag. Do you know how long it was used?
Can you please tell me if there are any defects or scuff marks or anything else on the bag. Do all the zippers work okay? I would appreciate your input very much. Thank you.

It has not been used. I bought it thinking it was smaller but when I took tags off and placed it on my shoulder it was too big!
