istiddard Goodmorning, I had to file a case on your order of polys and ty cards. I cant type a mailing label because not showing in my sales section. Question, do you see in your purchase section your purchase from my closet?

sharyls @istiddard Hi Ms Ida. No, I do not show anything from you in my PURCHASES. Same with another Seller that I purchased from & she also purchased from me. Nothing showing in her SALES, nor my Purchases. She cannot print shipping label to send my items, and I cannot print label to send her item. This is a mess. She filed something as did I. Hopefully 🤞 this gets corrected ASAP!!

istiddard @sharyls Hi thank you for responding. Yesterday I received message from support. Asking me to show proof of purchase. To send photos it's unbelievable how can I rights!? Well, I screenshot the dashboard of stating congratulations you sold items ..still waiting for respond. It still shows your items SOLD in my closet. I also bought from @chabria74 she too is not able to print label 😕 😢.
