This is a NWT Free People lace skirt . Very boho chic - à la Stevie Nicks. I would style this with cowboy boots or moto boots, a t-shirt, and leather jacket. I’m 5’6 (size 12) and the skirt was too loose on me. The skirt comes just below my knees. The skirt has an elastic waist, is lined and very light.

@sphynxsquared I posted pics of measurements. One thing to note is that the waist and hip area is elastic so very stretchy. I am a size 12 /31 waist and this was big on me.
