@stephanieg46 hi! Yes, the front hald is flat and the back half of the waist is elastic.
Laying flat, the waist measurement is 13.5".
So 27" without stretching it :)

@5littleloves Thank you!! Do you think it would stretch a few extra inches…like 3 to 4. 😅 Before babies I had a 26” waist…after babies…umm I’m still in progress at getting it back lol
