Please rest assured that the product is completely new and has never been used or touched. I’m very particular about cleanliness and always handle items with great care. fashionlvf@mjfd21 Hello I opened the plastic around it, but never used it because I had two of them. I should have just left it closed. There are no foil seal for this cream and I did lift the inner cover once when opening it, but the product itself was never touched or used. I am extremely particular about cleanliness and hygiene. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
