NWT Harper Rose Floral V-Neck Tulip Dress Bkack and White Size 10

Harper Rose v-neck floral dress, size 10. Styling looks like a wrap dress on top, fabric match belted waist. Wonderful mid-weight fabric that moves beautifully. This dress really feels expensive. Black background with white white floral print and touches of blue and khaki. Short sleeves with slight pleating at the shoulder to add a bit of shape. Midi length skirt has a mild a-line shape. New with tags. Retail $89. Bust measurement is 20" laying flat, shoulder to waist is 16.5", skirt length is 28". Pet friendly home, but this dress is not their style. :-)
