Hi, yes they are stretchy, like sweatpants but a dressier fabric. 30” inseam, 16.5” leg opening, rise is not quite 11”. Waist is approx 26, it’s elastic drawstring, I’m 5’6 and a standard size 2 and thy are a good fit for me
