Altar'd State Red Ruffle Mini Dress

Vibrant red mini dress with playful ruffle sleeves. In EUC. Lined 31 inches from shoulder to hem. 17 inches from pit to pit Waist is very stretchy. Fabric flows away from the body to the bottom of the hem from the pits. Bought this dress from another posher, but it is too large in the chest for me. Sad to let it go, but hope somebody else can love it.
