jsvog627 @armywife1508 Hi there! I would say yes, a little bit. My husband I just measured the waist at 14” un-stretched, 18” stretched. The upper part of the legs are thermal material on half of the sides, so, I would say overall, yes, but not huge. I hope that helps!
