Elegant Black XS Dress

This elegant black women’s dress features a smocked waist, smocked mock neck, and ruffles. There are two buttons in back that clasp at the neck. The material on the sleeve is unlined and a bit sheer, but the body of the dress is lined. The fabric features small black appliques that have a little shine. Likely would fit a size 0 or 2. I generally ship on Monday and Thursday, but occasionally move it up a day.
