Vintage, 1992, unused, excellent mint condition. The mold has some scratches plus a few mfg dings. The piping bag also comes packaged inside its original plastic bag, new and unused, but may have minor particulates inside as the bag isn't airtight. Piping bag is also reusable. Recipe, care & instructions booklet has some tiny food stains and mild creases, but is also in new condition.
