Carlos by Carlos Santana high heel open toe shoes - 4" heels Black with white shoe with black ribbon above the toes US size 7 New without tag. Right shoe has some peeling and discoloration of the shoe sole (which is not visible while being worn) from the removal of a sticker. This is shown in the photo just beside and below the circular 7 sticker.
