icedpryceI did write to them, repeatedly at that, but I have yet to hear back from them. Idk if you can get in touch with your customer, because I would presume they'd get sent back to her if they can't be delivered. Other stuff I've ordered got here sans issue so idk how they wrote it to her but the tl;dr is their system thinks my padlock combination is a PO Box, that's why it keeps forwarding, because there is no such PO Box obv. (I live in a house, and my address is a house.)

icedpryceIf you could write to support yourself especially on our direct message conversation explaining the issue it would help a lot. Idk if it'll let you write, but if yes, please escalate it and explain it to them so they can help. It'll let me escalate but won't let me write any messages, bruh. 💀 (I told them about that as well, that has never happened to me as I said.) Hopefully all this gets fixed, it's a lot for just a small error but I'm willing to be patient if we can figure it out.

icedpryceHey have you heard anything from support or tried to contact them? I'm sorry it won't let me DM you, it says I've reached my msg limit for our conversation, it's really bizarre. I have never had that happen to me before. But yeah, idk if you read my msgs, it seems Posh gave your buyer an incorrectly formatted label which is why they keep forwarding. Idk what to do. :(
