jessymcco @sylvielee12 Hi there! The sizing is definitely forgiving. I would say it fits more like a medium although it is super stretchy so would work for a small/ large. I have included the sizing chart from the website along with the band measurements in the photos (13.5 inches lying flat). Hopefully that helps!
