I purchased this vintage nightgown hoping one day I’d be able to wear it as a dress. It is just beautiful and nice quality. No dry rot like some vintage pieces. I just washed and dried it and came out beautiful as shown in photos.
I believe this would be a size small - medium as it does have a little stretch to it. Look at photos for measurements.

I think the black contrast makes it look different but I think the colors are pretty accurate in the photos considering screens can be a little different.
