RARE Tiffany & Co. Vintage Coral Letter “A” Initial Necklace 18K Yellow Gold Box

These are so hard to find. I have seen maybe a handful of these gemstone letter necklaces in the past 10 years. Various stones were used such as coral (like this one), lapis lazuli, etc. Vintage and long retired. Designed by the legendary Elsa Peretti. Hand carved - truly a piece of art. Chain is about 16”. Excellent condition with no wear to note. Looks borderline new. Comes with the packaging pictured in the last photo. Always authentic.
