New, no box Smoke and pet free home This is a Precious Moments "Smile Along the Way" porcelain bisque figurine, model number 101842. It features a young boy dressed as a clown, balancing on one hand on a small pedestal while holding a ball with his feet. The figurine was issued in 1986 and retired in 1991. It was sculpted by Sam Butcher and painted by hand in soft pastel colors. The figure is approximately 7 inches in height
