NWT Express Floral Dress Size Medium. Sheer black and white floral outer layer over same pattern polyester inner layer. Has a scoop neckline with outer sheer layer flowing down and a flowing skirt. Has elasticized waist and a sheer black tie which is held by side belt carriers and ties in the back. Measures 16.5 inches across the front from underarm to underarm, 12 inches at waist (which expands with elastic) and 16.5 inches at the hips. Length is 35.5 inches from shoulder to hem. Very feminine and flattering dress perfect for summer parties and special occasions
