Authentic vintage U.S. Navy issued peacoat, constructed from heavy 100% wool melton in classic navy blue. This is an original military garment, not a reproduction. Based on construction details, cut, and materials, stenciling, this peacoat presents to date to approximately Cold War era to early 160s vietnam (not guaranteed without DSA contract number to confirm) Features traditional Navy design including broad collar, double breasted front, vertical hand warmer pockets, center back vent, full lining.
