I’m just not sure of the fit, but I can either lose a little weight or have it taken in. My daughter got married this past May and that dress was $300 which was more in my budget. kareneliseduke@bloomcouture1 Okay. I just have one more question before I buy it. I wear a size 8/10 but am a little large chested. If it’s too small in the bust, do you think it would be able to be let out at the side seam?

bloomcouture1@kareneliseduke It looks like there is some extra seam allowance on the side seams, so it may be possible to let it out a bit. I can’t guarantee how much, but a seamstress should be able to tell you exactly how much room there is. Do you want me to take the dress to a seamstress near me and ask her I really don’t mind doing that. Also, were you able to take a look at the measurements? I posted just to be safe🩷

I did check the measurements, and the 36” in the chest is going to be pushing it. I am also going to need a dress for the Rehersal dinner. Do you have a shop online I can visit?

bloomcouture1@kareneliseduke Yes, I can definitely take it to a seamstress to get their opinion. The measurements were taken with the dress laid flat, but I can also put it on the mannequin and get those measurements for you. I’ll take it tomorrow if that’s okay. I don’t have my website up right now, but I do have Instagram where I post more. I can order most dresses within 1–2 weeks. My Instagram is bloomcouture.us. bloomcouture1@kareneliseduke Hi! 😊 I took the dress to a seamstress and she said there isn’t enough extra material in the seams to let it out. I also placed it on a mannequin and remeasured: bust is about 40 inches, which is more accurate since it’s supported. Laid flat can be misleading. Hope that helps! bloomcouture1@kareneliseduke another thing I wanted to mention is that Poshmark does offer worry free returns. I believe the fee is like $15 and if the dress does not fit, then they will refund you. You just have to send them the dress back. I wanted to mention just so you can have peace of mind.
