Hot Topic "Wednesday" Black Velvet White Collar Dress- Size 3x

Velvet black dress with a starch white collar, a traditional Wednesday style dress, from Hot Topic in a size 3x. It was worn once in 2016(ish) & has been hanging on a hanger since. In the nature of full disclosure, the time in the closet has caused some creasing in the front of the velvet that is unnoticeable except under bright fluorescent lights. Two photos have been attached to show the creasing.
