Storybook Knits “Sunshine Bouquet” Vintage Sweater, Size L

This is a used vintage Storybook Knits sweater, size L. The name tag says this one is called “Sunshine Bouquet”. The sweater length is approximately 25” from the shoulder seam to the bottom hem. The front of this sweater is crocheted with contrasting crochet at the neck, cuffs, and hem. The front also has crocheted flowers. The decorative buttons are transparent yellow with gold edges. The working buttons are on the reverse side of the placket. I was an avid collector of Jamie Gries’ Storybook Knits for years. She used to say each sweater told a story and I couldn’t agree more. The details are amazing. I always got a lot of compliments when I wore one. I recently retired, so am listing some of the sweaters for sale since I won’t have a lot of opportunities to wear them. This comes from a non-smoking home.
