It has the colors blue, white, and black throughout it. The material is thicker. There is a side zipper and hook and eye closure on the side. It is in good pre-owned condition. I do not see any flaws with the skirt. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. The waist is about 14.5 inches and pulls to a max of about 16 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. The total length is about 21 inches.
