Could you tell me the mannequin's waist measurment? Does the dress have any stretch at to it?

@betsypence274 Hello, thank you for your purchase! The Mannequin's waist at it's smallest point is 24 1/2 inches. I am 5'4" 117lbs. and usually anything that fits the mannequin fits me. The dress does not have stretch.
