Is it stretchy? What pants size would it fit? 26? 27? 28?

@trishcook hi! Yes, it is stretchy. I wear a size 26, they would fit 27 for sure, would just feel tighter around the waist. The elastic in the waist is a tight stretch if that makes sense.
