Hi, what’s the material of this? Is it for the coldest winter or is it a lighter winter coat? What condition would you consider the coat? Thanks!

So sorry for the late response. It just showed up in comments today. The tag does not say. But it’s i between. We love in Southern California so it does not get very cold here. The jacket was work on colder windy days or rain days
