haleyysmithh @avaoneill_14 Hi! I’m so sorry I meant to respond but I wanted to take another look at this because it actually has a button that is pretty loose. I don’t notice when I first listed it! I’m 5’4 and 115 for reference. If you’re still interesting or think you can fix it, I’m happy to sell at a super low price. If not I’ll be taking it off. I apologize!!

haleyysmithh @paradiseinblue Of course! I added a few more photos to try & show you. The skirt has two buttons on the inside piece, one is loose. Then it has a top piece that ties around.
