This amazing top hat was made by Fenton glass in 1938. It has a waved top rim and a flat bottom and is made to sit upside down. The center is open and can hold small treasures or even a miniature plant or artificial miniature flower bouquet. The design is “daisy and button” and the raised design surrounds the piece. It shines in the light. Measures: 3 3/4” x 5” Color is aqua blue, not light blue. Very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Beautiful! Please refer to actual measurement.
