Colorful Striped Button-Down Skirt

Vintage plaid midi skirt with buttons all the way up, elastic at the back of the waisr, and pockets! Super cute colourful pastel palette. No materials tag, but feels like lightweight cotton. When laid flat, waist stretches from 12.5 inches to 14 inches. Length measures about 31 inches long. Very cute but I haven't worn it since I got it, and realized it just isn't really my style!
